My friend Ivan,
 Unboxed an unusual bonk boy (green black hole).
 And wanted to trade his boy boy on tf2tp and someone (Sake*).
 Added him to offer 2 buds & 12 keys pure,which they both accepted,since poor Ivan didn't know what it was worth and didnt check it's price.
 After that,I found out he got scammed and he regreted he made this trade.
 I found him he has been masivly ripped off and he hoped I could help him.
 In a failed trade back he the trader deleted Ivan and left us.
 So I'm hoping if steamrep can help in some way.
The sharker also shows no pity and lies about the price of the unusual.

It is impossible to say this is a shark because the item is so new the price will fluctuate. You agreed to the price you traded for and he is allowed to sale any item at the price he sees fit. Though that doesnt mean it will sell.
